Second in TION’s family of revolutionary suppressors is our Grenadier handgun suppressor. Like Minuteman it uses our patented Gas Indexing Technology (GIT) [U.S. Patent 9,410,761]. GIT allows the rotational orientation of baffles as one relates to the next in a given stack to take advantage of differences in pressures between handguns and rifles. This provides optimum sound reduction on a host of different firearms as you re-configure stacks when transferring the suppressor between a handgun and a rifle. Piston Nut Compatibility Disclaimer
The TiON Grenadier suppressor offers two types of Piston Nuts: the Standard Piston Nut and the Reduced Slide Pressure (RSP) Piston Nut.

Standard Piston Nut: The default option, designed for reliable performance with a wide range of handguns. It provides consistent cycling and recoil management for most pistols.

RSP Piston Nut: Ideal for pistols with higher recoil or those requiring smoother cycling, such as the Sig P320 and FN509. The RSP Piston Nut reduces slide pressure, making it perfect for these specific models.
Important: The Standard MG Spacer only works with the Standard Piston Nut, while the RSP MG Spacer is only compatible with the RSP Piston Nut. Always verify compatibility before purchasing to ensure optimal performance.
Available in two models: Grenadier 9mm and Grenadier 9mm CQB.

I just used the new suppressor with my Wilson Combat EDC x9 9mm handgun with the TiON suppressor and it was amazing. It worked flawlessly and sounded great with the tone. The design of the baffles are amazing and it is super easy to maintain.
Also, I have a 3D printed titanium 9mm suppressor from another manufacturer, which is also super amazing with my PCC AR9 SBR, but I run into issues of my handgun not cycling the rounds properly. I would say every 1 and 40 rounds jam up. And therefore the other brand is not very reliable or trustworthy.
I definitely will put a lot of trust into the TiON suppressors.

I am so happy with the sound pressure and serviceability of this can that I now have 3 of the same model. The shorter CQB model does an admirable job with the sound level compared to its slightly larger counterpart. On long guns, I prefer to forgo the basket/piston/lockout_nut for a Dragoon 450B mount, which fits the same thread pitch. This option is lighter weight, simpler, less expensive, and probably a decibel quieter. Would unquestionably use this model again for any 9mm pistol or rifle. Subsonic 9mm ammo gets filthy, and I can’t imagine having suppressors anymore that do not break down and clean as easy as this.
My universal 9mm subsonic load for all my Grenadier cans is a 147gr RN Blue Bullet over 3.4gr of Titegroup at 1.150″ and a standard small pistol primer. Probably a +P load because of how spikey the fast powder is. However, the very low exit pressure make this much quieter than any factory subsonic 9mm I have used. It run in all my 9mm guns, short recoil pistols, locking block pistols, roller-delayed rifles, and gas operated rifles.
Don’t forget a bit of LockTite C5A on the end cap and mount threads to be sure it always breaks down easily, and a drop of oil on all o-rings.
