At 5.0″ and 7.7 oz, the Dragoon Mini 5.56 DA is the shortest 5.56 suppressor TiON builds. It threads straight onto the muzzle with no mount adding length, which is the whole point on a short barrel. Solid titanium, no welds, and every part comes out for cleaning with standard tools.
Built entirely from titanium and featuring TiON’s patented Total Breakdown Technology (TBT), this suppressor allows users to fully disassemble, clean, and service every component with standard tools—unlike traditional welded, non-serviceable designs. Optimized for 5.56 NATO and supporting calibers from .22LR to .22-250, the Dragoon Mini delivers exceptional versatility and durability in one of the lightest, most compact suppressors available. Its slim diameter fits easily under metal forends on short-barreled setups. Available in six Cerakote finishes or polished titanium, with black Cerakote as the default.
In a market where heavy, welded, non-serviceable designs are the norm; the Mini Dragoons distinguish themselves with an all-Titanium takedown design. The TiON Design with TBT allows the user to remove, clean and service ALL Components.

I have just one of this model, and it’s permanent residence is a Sig Spear LT 16″ rifle in 5.56mm. This is my primary competition rifle for MultiGun and 2-Gun Action Challenge. This teeny tiny can takes the edge off the rifle’s report. It is polite for the shooter, but the RO and scorekeepers especially appreciate it after getting blasted by muzzle brakes. With the gas set to the “lesser” setting, the rifle is tuned perfectly. Recoil is soft, accuracy exceeds all expectations, gas to the face is negligible, and the tone is pleasant. The can is so short and light that I almost forget that it is there. I for one appreciate the reduced length, mass, and cost of the direct thread option over QD. Hope to have another in my future!
