Description
The Dragoon .338 QD is a titanium .338 suppressor built for magnums — and just about everything else. It’s rated from .22LR all the way up to .338 Lapua, .300 Weatherby Magnum, 8.6 Blackout, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308, so it’s the one can that can ride the whole rack. Machined from solid titanium and weld-free, it’s fully user-serviceable — every part comes out for cleaning with common tools (Total Breakdown Technology).
On .338 Lapua we measured 138 dB at the muzzle (250gr Sellier & Bellot through a 24″ Savage 110BA); drop to subsonic .300 Blackout and it’s around 123 dB. At 9.5″ long, 19.2 oz, and a 1.75″ diameter, it’s sized for big-bore work, and TiON’s Quick Detach mount gets it on and off one-handed with a repeatable zero.
Best for: the magnum and long-range shooter who wants a single titanium suppressor across calibers — and the ability to fully service it, not just live with a sealed tube.

I use one of these Dragoon 338 QD suppressors on an Ohio Ordnance Works M240SLR. The larger volume and greater thermal mass of this suppressor over its .30-cal counterpart lets it shrug off a more aggressive firing schedule from this belt-fed rifle. While the baffle geometry is not optimized for this sub-caliber use (.30-cal in a suppressor designed for .338-cal), the resulting tone is still very pleasant for the shooter and bystander. I love how this and all the other TiON titanium rifle suppressors can be broken down for cleaning with a common socket wrench set, and can be subjected to chemical baths that might damage lesser materials.
The new redesigned profile of this suppressor within the last few years is very attractive looking, and saves even more precious ounces!
